What happens to my photos?
They are sent over an encrypted connection to our servers and used only to prepare your analysis. We never sell them or share them with third parties, and you can delete your photos and data at any time.
How long until I get my report?
Within 48 hours of your scan, often sooner. We notify you as soon as your report and personal protocol are ready.
How accurate is a phone scan?
With frontal light, proportion measurements repeat within 2% from one scan to the next. If the image isn't good enough, the app tells you and asks you to scan again.
Is this medical advice?
No. Symmira gives guidance on skincare, grooming and habits. For medication, fillers or clinical procedures it refers you to a licensed doctor.
Do I get a beauty score?
No. We measure specific features and tell you what you can improve and what is already balanced. A single score isn't useful.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime in settings. Your access stays active until the end of the year you've paid for.
